PostageStampArt.com provides free U.S.P.S. ground shipping for all U.S. orders of framed artwork.  If you would like expedited delivery, standard Postal Service rates apply.

Returns

Returned items need to have either a Return Authorization (RA) Number that has been generated by a Postage Stamp Art Representative or a Return Authorization Form which should be sent with the returned item. Postage Stamp Art would like you to have both the RA # and the RA Form. (Call 800-517-1334 or email refunds@postagestampart.com for your RA number). This will ensure a timely transaction.

Postage Stamp Art recommends that you return your items via a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to Postage Stamp Art with freight prepaid. For warranty and/or defective items that need to be returned, please call Postage Stamp Art directly for assistance.
